دندان چهار پخت ساخته شده از مواد نانو فيلد كامپوزيت (ان اف سي). كامپوزيتهاي نانو فيلد از خصوصيات بسيار مناسبي براي دندانهاي مصنوعي برخوردار هستند. جلوگيري از چسبيدن پلاكهاي باكتريايي و رنگدانه ها بر سطح دندانها و مقاومت بسيار بالا در مقابل تغيير رنگ و سايش از جمله خصوصيات اين مواد ميباشد. در دانشگاههاي مختلفي تستهاي متفاوتي در مورد سايش بر روي كامپوزيتهاي ان اف سي صورت گرفته و تمامي آنها به اين نتيجه انجاميدند كه دندانهاي ساخته شده از كامپوزيتهاي ان اف سي مقاومت بسيار بالائي به نسبت دندانهاي آكريلي هم رده خود دارند. تستهاي كلينيكي طولاني مدت نيز تاييدي بر نتيجه تستهاي لابراتواري بودند و نشان دهنده همين خصوصيت بالا در اين دندانها.

Nano Filled Composite Material

NFC is a nano filled composite material. This is a new and innovative dental material generation which has important advantages like plaque resistance, color stability and abrasion resistance. Many abrasion measurements performed in different universities indicated that NFC has much better abrasion resistance values compared to the other materials. The results of the clinical researches made so far, confirm the values of the laboratory abrasion tests. The material also becomes prominent with its brilliance and very pleasant processing comfort.

HIGHLY MODIFIED POLYMER-NETWORK

NT-NanoFilledComposit is a dental material developed for total prosthetic applications and periodentally supported prosthetics with biomimetic properties simulating nature. Thanks to its homogeneous structure with finest crystalline filling material, the highly modified polymer network (NT Technology) provides a balanced combination of properties.
• Resistance to wear to guarantee vertical support
• Schock-absorbing for impact and shear forces acting on the tooth
• Self-regulating biomimetic adaptation reduces hyperbalance contacts by individual “functional engraving”
• Homogeneous PMMA layering, therefore easy processing when producing prosthetics

INTELLIGENT POLYMER WITH INNOVATIVELY HIGH DENSITY

The low proportion of the crystalline filling material of silica-apatetite is very similar to human dental enamel. It is bonded chemically by methacryl silane bridges with
surrounding PMMA resin matrix. The innovative pairing of very fine, uniformly distributed crystalline filling material and matching different polymer macromolecules, reveal an innovative high density in polymers.

Binding with Prothesis

NT ALYA is structured with 4 layers. Two of the layers are formed by, highly modified polymer-network reinforced, NanoFilledComposite (NFC) material which ensures abrasion resistant speciality. The other two layers are formed by PMMA material that binds perfectly to the plastics of denture prosthesis.
